NEA Design Residents 2016

"I hadn't been exposed to startup culture before, having only interned at an agency before, and thanks to working at my host company and all the talks and events we attended I have a much stronger idea of where I want to end up in the design field. My future seems a lot less nebulous and scary and more exciting and exhilarating."

Below are the Design Residents from 2016. We selected from several hundred applicants and like to keep our Resident cohorts on the smaller side to for more in-depth attention and tighter bonds. Each Resident interned at their respective company during the 10 weeks and came together for special events and learning talks with outside speakers, such as IDEO, 53, Red Antler, and others.
